Client: Magic John’s
Sector: Food-Tech, Restaurants, E-Commerce
My Role: Design and Communications Manager
Overview:
Magic John's, a successful pizza brand located in center Berlin, currently operates through three separate online channels: the local delivery and pick-up system, Magic Market e-commerce shop, and Magic John's Club catering to corporate accounts.
As part of my roll I was overseeing the flow and operations of all communication chanels while making sure it upholds the brands guidlines.
Projects:
Social media is an essential part of almost every brand and at Magic John’s we made sure to engage with the audience in a cool and fun way, after all it is pizza we talk about:
Magic John’s main website is a local delivery and pick up system which includes an e-commerce section “Magic Market” for online purchases:
Magic Club is a separate service catering to corporate clients, designed specifically to meet their needs.
Magic App is an unfinished project meant to ultimatley bring under one umbrella all of the brands channels to improve performance and attract more traffic:
The goal was creating a native app with a spine-like back-end system connecting all sales channels with a third-party point of sale (POS) and delivery management software. This will also incorporate a load balance system, inventory management capabilities, analytics and on-site control tools. Each sales channel will be design to individually addressing their specific requirements and user flows, while ensuring a cohesive and positive user experience on the front-end.
